Fresh Pasta

I love fresh pasta. I love the texture. I pretty much love all pasta, but fresh pasta has it's own special way of satisfying. Here are some pictures of Nat making fresh pasta.

In the background you can see some spaghetti on a dehydrator tray. We dried most of this lot.
