Tortillas, 2 per quesadilla
Spread cream cheese on a tortilla. I recommend pretty thick. I've trick thick and thin and if you're going to do this you may as well go whole hog and spread it thick. Then spread on brown sugar with your knife. Then sprinkle very liberally with cinnamon. More than a pinch. You need a lot. Place another tortilla on top.
Heat a frypan and cook your quesadilla on both sides till slightly browned and well heated. No oil needed (especially if your using a non-stick frypan but even without).
This has all the goodness of cinnamon buns but in 2 minutes. It's seriously good.
