Pork and Bok Choy

Here it is Serena! Finally! This meal is my favourite dinner at the moment. Everything you need in a meal and totally delicious. Top tip: The oyster sauce lifts this dish to a higher level. Splash out on a good quality bottle. You'll only use about 1 Tbsp at a time so it will last a while and it really is worth the extra money!

Pork and Boy Choy

300-500g pork (ish? We buy a pack of about 5 little schnitzels)
1 head of bok choy
4 spring onions
Salt and pepper

1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1/3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 heaped tsp cornflour
1 1/4 cups water

1. Cut meat into strips.
2. Stir fry meat and sliced spring onions.
3. Remove and clean wok/pan.
4. Stir fry boy choy with salt and pepper. Add meat.
5. Add sauce and cook for a few minutes. Serve with rice.

Sauce method:
Put everything in a bowl and mix to combine.

  1. This does look so good. I have the pork and oyster sauce from my last order of Coles some time ago when I had this in mind to make, thanks again, Serena
